These restrictions apply whether content is public or private and whether it is created from text, images, video, audio, or other inputs. We may reject prompts, block generations, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe these rules have been violated. Additional rules and examples appear in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Prompts submitted for AI image or video generation are screened before generation. A request may be blocked when our content-safety provider returns a denied or flagged decision, or when screening is unavailable. You may not attempt to evade screening by obfuscating a prompt, splitting a request, using alternate languages or encodings, or repeatedly resubmitting prohibited content.

Supported generation routes return reserved credits through an idempotent ledger refund when the provider reports a failed or canceled task.
Watermark behavior depends on the selected provider and output. FlowVideo does not promise that every free or paid output is watermark-free.
FlowVideo does not grant a blanket commercial license for every model or input. Users must follow these Terms, the selected provider's terms, and applicable rights for source and generated content.
Successful outputs should be downloaded promptly. FlowVideo does not promise permanent hosted-file retention unless a separate written policy states a retention period.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
