Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: July 22, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every FlowVideo account, prompt, upload, generation, edit, output, and sharing feature. It supplements our Terms of Service. If these rules conflict with another FlowVideo policy, the rule that provides stronger protection against harm applies.

Sexual and Adult Content

You may not use FlowVideo to request, upload, generate, edit, share, or distribute:

There are no exceptions for content described as fictional, private, artistic, educational, parody, or consensual between the account holder and another person when the requested material otherwise falls into a prohibited category.

Minors and Exploitation

Any sexualized content involving a person under 18, or a person presented as under 18, is strictly prohibited. This includes child sexual abuse material, grooming, exploitation, sexualized age transformation, and attempts to make an adult appear to be a minor for sexual purposes. We may preserve and report relevant information when required by law.

Real People, Identity, and Consent

FlowVideo does not offer face-swap, deepfake, talking-photo, lip-sync, or other real-person face-manipulation services. You may not use another FlowVideo feature to recreate those capabilities or to:

Violence, Hate, Harassment, and Self-Harm

You may not create or promote credible threats, graphic violence intended to shock, terrorism or violent extremism, hateful or dehumanizing content, targeted harassment, instructions for self-harm, or encouragement of suicide or eating disorders.

Fraud, Illegal Activity, and Rights Violations

You may not use FlowVideo for scams, phishing, identity theft, forged evidence, deceptive endorsements, malware, instructions that facilitate wrongdoing, regulated or illegal goods or services, or infringement of intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Content-Safety Controls

Every user-supplied prompt sent to an AI image or video model is subject to pre-generation screening through the Creem Moderation API. Prompts that are denied or flagged are blocked. If screening is unavailable, generation is temporarily blocked rather than allowed to proceed.

You may not evade these controls through obfuscation, misspellings, coded language, alternate encodings, prompt splitting, repeated submissions, or indirect instructions. You also may not access retired endpoints or use general generation tools to reproduce a prohibited face-manipulation capability.

Enforcement

We may reject requests, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve records, and cooperate with lawful investigations when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated. Enforcement decisions may consider the prompt, uploaded material, output, account behavior, and surrounding context.

Reporting a Concern

Report suspected misuse or appeal a content-safety decision at support@flowvideo.ai. Include the relevant generation or task identifier, but do not email prohibited media unless our support team specifically requests it.
